$3k and rising :) needed the extra juice of a 1200W so I can overclock my CPU, RAM and GPU better. Also why I am getting water cooling instead of air. 1200W creates a lot of heat!

SSDs really aren't worth the money. I was thinking about getting one but the cost was massive, still! Went with a VelociRaptor instead. Mega fast and quiet. FTW.

Trains right, RAM should be the first thing to check. As he said, try one at a time and in different slots. Otherwise there might not be enough juice? Have you put any new parts in lately that would increase your power usage? Or is your PSU old? It could be starting to fail and not give it...
