I never actually uninstalled ET...it's just been sitting dormant on my computer for a long time. I have it on my work laptop too :)
I drop in here and there when I remember, but as I travel, the network is usually pretty bad and so I just sit in spec and chat with people most of the time.
I will try and remember to drop in here and there where I remember and am back at the hotel at a regular time!
