Thats a pretty handy list there jerker.

One of my alltime faves is clerks, but I understand it doesn't appeal to all.

Probs throw in star wars (4-6) for posterity's sake also.

There's a few to get you edumacated there Fern!
Oh wow. Taxi Driver is the most over-rated movie of all time IMO. And the Swedish versions of the Millennium trilogy are really bad. The directing and acting is just so mediocre. The same guy that directed the english version of "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" also directed "The Social Network". And the casting for the english version is sooooo good. Daniel Craig is pretty much good in anything. I never cared for Reservoir Dogs either. Although the part where Michael Madsen talks into the ear he cuts off is pretty funny.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!

Finally someone who agrees with me on this point!

+1 internet respect points jerker.
I was watching that one on foxtel the other day , still fresh in my memory , not a bad film though.

@ Joker, Steeler's Wheel & Michael Madson pretty much sums up that movie!
Sadly this link is just to the song.

Some awesome movies listed,
Taxi Driver is still good I reckon, but yeah overrated. Maybe because its been influential
on the rest of pop culture (how many times have you seen someone do the 'you lookin at me' in movies/tv)

Also, if you like comedies you can't go past Team America

and maybe Bridget Jones's diary

Ace Ventura - Pet Detective, was one of the funniest movies I'd seen back in the day. And probably the only hired vid I've ever watched twice. Might be a bit lame nowadays.

Inception was crap. Such a pretentious movie, just like Memento.

I watched "From Dusk Till Dawn" the other day. Great Tarantino movie.

I am quite happy that Rodriguez is making a second. FINALLY ANOTHER SIN CITY MOVIE TOO.
There was much rejoicing and excitement here at work amongst the boys at the news of another machete film. Fun fact: machete is a spinoff from spy kids. I sh!t you not!

Also, more sin city is a good thing. The first one was done perfectly.
