I can't see the video due to choosing to embed using html code.[/quote:3kp1rnc5]

OH BOBBLA! did I bobbla it up? how was I supposed to embed it? Can anyone else see it?
I can lol. Try right clicking and view on youtube.

I edited out EMO coz the slideshow in the vid is more of a gothic theme TBH.
There's another clip with the band on youtube but I chose that one for the better sound quality.

Repping Mozart in this thread.

Note the dissonance in the opening chords of the piece. Oh and the use of harmony, very suggestive. Like other minor key Mozart works, the 'darkness' element of the music is derived from the harmony, not the melody.

Not a fan of Mudvayne.
SOAD's only good album/album I liked was Toxicity.
Didn't bother with other videos except the one Keith posted.

With that said, very nice.
And dissonance ftw.

Have some Neoclassical / Dark Ambient.
Been digging Elend for the past year or so.
Not their best, but one of my favourites none-the-less.

Neither am I. Not falling is okish...
Haven't bothered listening to anything else from them.

I only like 3 or 4 numbers from SOAD's Toxicity.
Haven't really heard much else from them either.

I'm glad you think so. :D
I listen to it when i'm in a truly melancholic mood. Which is not hard with dysthymia. But I still find enjoyment in their work otherwise, as well.
I've got depressive "bobbla" stacked for miles. lol.

DOOOOM

OK, try watching a comedy or something instead of adding fuel to the fire. :D

Fair enough.

Sigh, I could make a recommendation for a very good psychologist if you like. :p

I can't listen or watch happy things if I don't feel happy or content.
I have to be in the mood for that, and if I'm not, I usually just wonder "why aren't I happy like that?" and just makes it worse. LOL.
Depressive music for depressive states. Fitting, no?

Psychologist? LOL. Yeah, not going there. xD!

But in a more positive note; Isis!

You already said metal, so why was there a need to mention a sub-genre of said super-genre?

(POSER ALERT LOL)

Some metal has bit of screamo in it which i dont mind but i just hate FULL songs with people screaming and growling

Yes, it's not uncommon for a few bands to use moments of Hardcore Punk derived Skramz in their work.

And I'm not going to bother commenting on the second half.
