Made a few changes to alter the medics to reduce their advantage to some degree.
g_dropHealth “3” – Only drop 3 med packs when they die
g_medicHealthRegen “5” – They get 1 health a second while under 120 hp and after they are above 120 hp they do not regen health automatically.
I also upgraded the stats for some of this, to give a bit of a challenge, obviously won’t affect 100K xp players :P.

Nerfed the Arty and Strikes, before a team could call 6 a minute :). Due to the spawn shields on oz. I have limited it back to 2 of each per team in a minute.
