Just a couple of minor updates today.

Removed the following 4 maps from rotation as we have had
to reduce the total maps available for voting from 32 to 28.

Due to a couple of maps being deemed as fail maps, Adlernest is now back in rotation.
And spawn invul is reduced from 5 secs to 3 secs as a trial as 5 secs seems to long.
