Topic starter

500gm meat ( I used Rump Steak)
1/2 an onion
5 smallish mushrooms
1/4 of a butternut pumpkin
1 medium Patatoe
Hand full of Broccolli Florals (about 150gms)
(You can add extra veggies eg: Carrots, Cauliflower, Sweet Patatoe, Corn)

Preparing and cooking veggies
Chop Veggies up into thin bite sized pieces.
Place patatoes in large pot and start to boil (see Frying pan instructions)
When Patatoes boiling add pumpkin (add carrot, sweet patatoe, Cauliflower etc..)
Allow to boil
Thinly slice mushrooms and onion set aside.

In a frying pan on high heat
Add meat and start cooking do not stir yet
Once other veggies are added to pot,
Add mushrooms and onions to frypan Do not stir yet.
Wait a few mintes (2/3)
Add a small amount of water an stir
As water starts to dry add small amount keeping meat moist ( do not allow pan to dry out)
Check veggies when Patatoes start to soften ( check them by pricking them with a fork when the fork slides through easily patatoes are cooked)
Add Broccolli florals to meat
Turn heat down to low
Add a larger amount of water to pan
Simmer for approx 5 mins ( allowing veggies cooking time)

Once Veggies are cooked (dont over cook) drain off water add to pan do not stir

In 3/4 of a cup Make up some gravey ( i used Gravox original )
Pour over veggies add small amount of extra water
Add spices to taste (I used Moroccan seasoning, Steak seasoning mild, garlic and herb seasoning) about 1/4 of a teaspoon of each
Dont stir but fold the gravey into the meat an veggies, working from the outside of the pan
Once all gravey and pan water combined place lid on and simmer for about 10 mins so flavours absorb into veggies

Serve with rice or buttered bread
Enjoy

I BET YOU CAN CUT THE COOKING TIME DOWN TO ABOUT 20MINS BY USING A PRESSURE COOKER.
YOU’LL JUST NEED TO THROW THE VEGGIES IN AT THE LAST 5MINS SO THEY WONT TURN INTO MUSH.

Your an inbecile full stop.

noobItUp <> sorry I started playing with butz again
