Body builder's/ gym junkies?

Yo

So being stuck in a lecture theartre 6 hours a day, then coming home and sitting on the computer is reallly fucking up my posture. I so some general exercise (soccer training twice a week) but recently i’ve found myself slouching, and sitting up straight hurts after a while,

Anyone know of anything simple yet effective to strengthen back muscles or anything that would help with this?

If you wanted to be my friend you wouldnt say i have pooey pants

just do some exercises with a medicine ball, that would work well. If you could afford to buy one and use it at home that would be even better.

Are medicine balls those big squishy multi-colored balls you find at gyms?

Sitting at a desk and a good chair helps a lot, the last 3 months I spent slouching on the floor to a laptop on the ground, although my posture is usually that bad anyway, I’ve been informed it’s not so good.

simple. join a gym, u usually get a couple of PT sessions with new memberships and ask them if they can do u up a routine for ya..
for example Back and shoulders on monday, cardio and legs tues etc

Ulti has hacked since the down of time, and he is still mad that nobody will be his friend.

I’m getting prepaid sessions so i can go in every friday, because other days i finish too late to bother going

Get one of those gym balls and do sit ups/stretches for some low impact core strengthening.
If you have access to a chin up bar or something similar then you can also do leg ups for lower back. Can also be done by laying on the floor and lifting your legs to 90degrees.

Was anyone else expecting butz’s “leg up” exercise to be much ruder than it actually was?

Maybe I am confusing with “leg over”.
