So being stuck in a lecture theartre 6 hours a day, then coming home and sitting on the computer is reallly fucking up my posture. I so some general exercise (soccer training twice a week) but recently i’ve found myself slouching, and sitting up straight hurts after a while,
Anyone know of anything simple yet effective to strengthen back muscles or anything that would help with this?

Sitting at a desk and a good chair helps a lot, the last 3 months I spent slouching on the floor to a laptop on the ground, although my posture is usually that bad anyway, I’ve been informed it’s not so good.

simple. join a gym, u usually get a couple of PT sessions with new memberships and ask them if they can do u up a routine for ya..
for example Back and shoulders on monday, cardio and legs tues etc

Get one of those gym balls and do sit ups/stretches for some low impact core strengthening.
If you have access to a chin up bar or something similar then you can also do leg ups for lower back. Can also be done by laying on the floor and lifting your legs to 90degrees.
