Ok for some reason now this pops up when we start the PC and if we click on debug,send error report or dont send. everything stops working? notheing will open and the PC wont even turn off in the safe way i call it lol and we have to leave it unaswerd or anything witch sucks. But yea we got no clue how to do fix it? we got this perfect optimiser from the windows site witch said it should fix it. but no success and we scan the whole PC and FOUND a trojon unfortanly BUT we got rid of it for good *WOOT* lol. But were stuck and got no clue what to do.? hope that helps and makes sence lol

And is something with format we think cause its in the Win32 area we reacon. But here is a picture of what it is. And we are useing windows XP

sorry for double posting but its NOT a curropted file in the win32 folder its a virues so its actually a FAKEYY. but we got no clue how to find were its comeing from or how to stop it 🙁

load comp in safe mode then system restore it to a date before said issue.

Maybe you should fuc.k off and mind your own business…

well that wont work. beacse it acutally a virues and its comeing up with that stiuped win32 thingy. So it kinda ffake. and we got no vlue how to find the virues or anything

Boot into safe mode, download malwarebytes, update it and run it – hopefully it will remove the nasty for you. Just make sure you dont have system restore on when you do this.

lol. well my dad wont let me try that KIT cause he thinks he knows all about PC’s lol and if i try to tell him he will just say NO it wont work and blah blah blah.. lol AND we did use a virues scanner and a maleware scanner and nothen came up really?

Hey thekid,

Rolling back computer using system restore will get rid of the problem. KIT is right.

I had many of those messages from time to time when i download something that was corrupt or did something accidently that xp didnt like and they are highly annoying. rolling back your drivers will not lose you any saved data you may have created but it will fix any system errors.
It is one of the safest ways to fix minor problems within xp and its alot easier than trying to download another program to fix it or find a bug, which can in-turn create you even more problems and make your computer slower.

All you are doing by rolling the system back is loading xp at a time before you got the message as if the message never exsisted. If you want a step by step guide on how to do it just ask, it’s easy and it only takes a couple of minutes and once your pc’s restarted you’ll be good to go.

your Dad sounds like a computer savvy guy so he should know how to do it.

thanks flip. BUT my dad bought a program (40$) after we got this problem witch was ment to help fix it….and it failed AND when i asked him to do a system restore he just said NO blah blah blah.. cause its a virues a system restore WONT get rid of it. he wont even try it lol and if i just keep asking him he just cracks the shits :Þ. So yea lol my dad is stiuped lol

I had the same generic volume messages and it worked for me, get him to read this thread see if it changes his mind. There is no harm in trying it, if it doesn’t work there’s no harm done. But i garuntee you it will.

You posted a thread asking for help. You have the solution.

lol that would be a challange with my dad. If i keep talking to him about it he swares at me and gose crazy xD

But as i said it NOT actually anything wrong with the win32 setting is actually a virues and its just showing us a FAKE problem when there aint. And we cant get rid of the virues :(. And im no expert on PC but surley a system restore Wont get rid of a virues???? or am i wrong? cause i only know a little lol 😛
