Everytime i load ET it crashes / f**ks up and opens the console with this message

i deleted my config to see if that made any difference, which is doesnt 😐 😐 👿
any tips/ help on what to do?

Ok open ETmain and move all pk3’s apart from etkey, pak0.pk3, pak1.pk3, pak2.pk3,mp_bin.pk3.Put all the other pk3’s into a temp folder.Start ET see if it still happens.
Nah s’all good now stat, old .cfg was shite anyway. now using an edited version of riCo’s config 😀

Save all your maps into a file, you dont want to have to d/l them all again.
Uninstall and reinstall et 🙂

well yeah that what i thought, so i just got rid of the custom res part in my config and replaced it with fullscreen “1” and now it works fine, i just change settings ingame and vid_restart and all is well 🙂

can guarantee that you are not using an edited version of what riCo uses, but nyway… any problem like this, the first thing you should check is your GFX card drivers and update them.

and this is all sorted, has been for a while *looks at stinger*. it only crashes when xfire is on anyways, like all games i play with xfire on 😐 😐
