I have an ETStarterPro issue. I have googled everywhere and changed everything i can think of. Basically when i run this program and choose a server from the drop list and click Patch and Connect it deletes my etkey.

Now i know your going to say untick the option “delete etkey”

Well heres the thing. It is not enabled/ticked. I do not have permission control or UAC enabled. ETStarter Pro is ran as an admin with service pack 3.

etkey was in C:Program FilesWolfenstein – Enemy Territoryetmain It doesn’t need to be in: C:UsersBurgoAppDataLocalPunkBusterETetmain because UAC and permission control are turned off. But either way i have the etkey in their as well just to be safe. Yes the same etkey.

If i run the program and select “Patch+Start” and type in the console /connect serveriphere it works fine. Everytime i click on Patch+Connect it deletes my etkey in C:Program FilesWolfenstein – Enemy Territoryetmain and says i have no GUID in-game.

I think their is a glitch with this program in Specifically Windows7 32-bit. I have uninstalled the program, used CCleaner, restarted PC. reinstalled program, restarted PC, setup program and it does the same thing everytime.

I can’t think of any reason why it does this. Other than it could be possible i may have ticked delete etkey once before and Patched and connected and for some reason the program won’t go beck to its new set configuration settings. But i even opened up its configuration settings and its all set to the same settings and still does the same thing over and over.

Anyone got a cure to the most stupidest mystery?
