Eh. Space is no problem for me, and I do like having different sets of configs. One of my installs goes ever so slightly faster than the other.

still seems, to me, to be more trouble than installing 1 program and having it do it for you… each to his own methods i spose, they both work

It’s not exactly et’s fault, its more either punkbusters or vista’s, i’m fairly sure et can have the file path changed so that you have stock et in one place, and then all your user specific stuff in another (I know you can do it on the linux version coz thats how its setup :D), that way you dont end up with all the permission probs so only thing holding it back is that pb needs admin rights and vista doesnt like giving them :S You could try running punkbustera as a service, I duno, I think there must be a decent way to get vista setup going without breaking all vista’s ‘security’.
