Cant you choose on et, Run as administrator and + run in compatibilty mode for xp sp2? try both of those?

if it is a kick for ignoring md5 tool queries then it could be an “inbuilt” firewall blocking pb ect …i haven’t used windows 7 never intend to either.

That error is only caused by something blocking pb. Make sure ur running et as an admin, compatibility mode is probably good too, check your firewalls make sure nothing it blocking pb, run a spyware scan see if anything comes up also check the last post in this thread [url] http://www.punksbusted.com/forums/lofiv … t6597.html[/url] the program mentioned there might be able to help as well. If that still doesn’t work you could try running it in the windows version of WINE but you will get kicked after about 30 minutes everytime :p

done some reading and it could be possible that you have not patched to 2.60b ppl that had that problem and they updated the two exe’s and it fixed it for them.

Download and run this file from any location, it will check for adware that stops you from being able to play on PB servers. The VX2 adware edits your user rights when it infects your computer, and many programs do not repair this when they remove it.

Click the “Find VX2.betterinternet info” button to make sure that you don’t have this adware. If there are no files listed, go on to the last step. If you find the adware files, (it is usually 3 random named dll files) Select all the files found.

Press ‘Delete These Files’. The program will delete all files but one that will be deleted on reboot. Allow program to reboot. Once Restarted:

* Press ‘Guardian.reg’.
* Press ‘User Agent’.
* Press ‘Restore Policy’.

Clicking on “find vx2.BetterInternet info” again should show all fields blank.
If you have no adware files, just click on the “Restore Policy” Button

I pressed restore policy and restarted and all was fixed since i didnt have any adware or whateva its talking about 😀 lol
