Hi All,
I have re-installed using ET Ultimate Installer 1.6 & I have discovered a problem.
I am missing the following 3 in game fuctions which I used to have on all the time.
Binoculars
Lagometer
Time
The bottom 2 I set by Escape /options etc & Binoculars I set with help from Rainbow but as soon as I close ET & restart it , all those settings are gone!
I know , you’ll say save them in your config but I haven’t installed a cfg at all , I’m running ET Ultimate’s Standard cfg & having only just reinstalled windows I still have a lot of programs to re-install atm.
If anyone knows the cmd’s to make these “Permanent” changes via the command console , I would appreciate it! 🙂

Binoculars & Time iam quite sure you can just do in the ingame option’s.
Maybe you should fuc.k off and mind your own business…

nah binocs u gotta earn first so u may not have it yet. but should be standard B button i THINK.

and u can use this prog to set all ur binds up and ur cfg

Current Rank of Major (so yes I have binocs ,just can’t get them to work!)
I’ll try those cg cmd’s , they look like what I am after, but do I type it as /set cg_lagometer 1 for example? To apply the change permanently?

all should be on by default cept the lagometer which is just cg blah blah and unless your telling et to exec a cfg it should be left how you exit it otherwise do it in game then just write cfg ion or w/e

also why dont u just make urself alittle cfg?
in easy way if u dont have many things is just open up ur autoexec.cfg in notepad.
add those lines in
cg_lagometer 1 etc etc etc
whatever you want.
then save as.
IMPORTANT to click tab and go to *.*(all things)
then save as autoexec.cfg
when u load et all the things u put in there will be here. this way u can play around with settings to see what suits u best.
the link i sent u above is really a great way to get started. its does what i just said for u. just save in etmain.
