so i thought i might have a better change coming on here.
everytime i logg in i get botted from punkbuster for cvar rate and cvar ot_radarrange
do use know what this mean and why its happening

yes some OZ maens are not very helpful. when i couldn’t get my hitsounds working they just started ignoring me.
Before you connect to a server, type /rate 25000 in the console that should fix your cvar rate problem
if it doesn’t, go to mods, then load up etpub, and then put in rate 25000
I don’t know what the safe value for ot_radarrange, infact i’ve never heard of it, google doesn’t help much either.
hopefully someone else will be more help with this.
Yeah in addition to what m3rcy wrote,type in the console /set ot_radarrange 0
or if that doesn’t work then /set cvar ot_radarrange 0.
ot_radarrange is probably on the list of PB cvar restrictions. Typically they’re the names of variables used in hacks, so it assumes if you have something by that name you’re hacking.
Do as m3rcy said to fix rate. What Keith said should fix ot_radarrange. Never encountered a problem like that before of deleting a cvar. Maybe try
/set ot_radarrange ""
