You can save your ET experience by simply copying your ET directory. All the installer does is put the files there, so all you need to do is save your ET directory to a flash drive and save it back to Program Files and you are good to go again without losing anything. If it is too much data (aka maps and whatever) and you would rather redownload it all, just save your ETkey which is in your etmain folder from memory and then once you have reinstalled ET, just copy that file over the top of the old ETkey and you will be recognised on our server and keep your XP. Also save your config files and all that so you don’t need to set up all your settings again ๐Ÿ˜‰

Cheers

Hi Aussie,

Copy your ET folder to a USB or the likings and then just pop it back on once you have reinstalled that will back all your xp perfectly.

OR you can just copy the file inside your etmain folder called “etkey” and then paste it in your new install of Wolfenstein etmain folder once you have reinstalled windows.

Kind Regards, BR

Great answer. Why can’t you be this helpful trigger?

I had posted it one second after he had, I hadn’t realized he had even made a post yet!

Helpful isn’t my forte. I was hoping he would follow my way, get all confused and end up deleting everything!

Cheers
