I am at a complete loss as to how you could have managed to do that.

I do know there was like a playdead glitch at one point that you could toss the handbag and playdead straight away and it would give you another handbag. You could setup like 50 handbags and then fire them all off at once. Doesn’t seem related to your issue tho……
