Forgive me if this sounds stupid, but how long does being muted last?
Slab muted me and warned me last night for using a ‘panzer/playing like a newb’. When I am a total newb, hence why I’m asking this question. I wasn’t saying anything stupid, just thank you when I got revived etc. I think he was just pissed off from dying.
I got no problem with it, It would just be sweet to get unmuted or find out when it comes off. As it is kind of an annoyance.

umm im pretty sure that been muted last for 180 seconds/3 minutes, not certain but
Nah because this happened about 2am this morning and it’s now… 3:20pm.

you can perm mute people, as well as mute people for a length of time. How did slab mute you? Did he call a vote? Or do !mute (ur name)?

Midas has explained this to me, It was done via admin powers he shouldnt have as a result of midas using his install to install et on his computer (so they both had same etkey, etc). I have given slab a 3 day ban and taken away the level he shouldnt have, he is now level 0, and am currently sorting out setting up midas so he isnt banned too :p

Guys this isn’t the first time something similar has happened like this, no doubt it won’t be the last, but you need to be extremely careful of who you let use your ET install, computer etc etc. It can get you into alot of trouble without you even knowing about it.
Big thumbs up to Midas for having the guts to come forward.
