I though she was a Rusian Blue either way shes a breed not a moggy.
Breeds are even more Aristocrate than moggies they get very indignified.

Actually, it looks like a British Blue. We used to breed them and Russian Blues down on the farm, British have the fat faces, Russians are the leaner variety.
And yes, they are the cutest of all cats.
