Well it totally binds up and I can’t play – the game goes to quite literally 1fps. I have tried other servers and they arent as bad – guess we will see what happens at the end of next month.

If your pc is ok on one server and shit on the next it can only be the connection
eg mine flies on pings under 150, virtually no lag
above that enter the matrix

i dont know.. i used to play the american servers all the time F|A specifically sitting @ 300 ping.. and it was far more stable the OZ, just had to get used to that real short delay…#perfpinglyfe

if your gameplay drops tp 1fps then its not your connection.

turn chrome off, probably chewing all your 500mb ram

Gunna have to wait – oh and I have 24gb of ram so I dont think it is the PC lol

If you are getting 1fps it’s more likely an issue local to your pc than your connection.

Always been scared of ya Boges, just havent been able to admit it until now….

Check cfg file, save it and reinstall ET. Try Legacy ET, much better and designed for more modern graphics plus they have extra options with a built in clean out unwanted mods option plus extras on that too.

Also of note, I think the issue was at the server end. Spikes were bad after ET server was reset (map records are what they were a few years ago I believe) but as of late, last few weeks it has been pretty stable.

I dont know what the frig is going on – I connect elsewhere and everything is fine, I connect to OZ and its like a jpg file – no movement. I am starting to think it is something server side?

Have you tried removing all ozmods and repatching on connection??

Or do the old tracert thing and find out which hop is kneecapping you

Our etpub what nelots means should be rmac or something like that in your etpub folder and the ozhitsound remove them and redownload
