This is my internet speed results download speed =1.09Mbps and upload speed =0.87Mbps I checked my speed at ScanmySpeed.com . How about my speed?? is it good or bad?

My speed test results are,

Downloadspeed:1.787Mbps
Uploadspeed:0.837Mbps
I checked my internet speed test here ScanmySpeed.com .
Is this good or not
