Server had no bots on 3 different maps , took console screenshot on third map.

Bots join on warmup to give you something to shoot at. However if they are turned off still either from voting or bots off command they will disconnect when the map starts then. In etpub folder -> customcfgs -> default.cfg add a new line in with omnibot_vote 1
That will start bots at the start of every map if they were disabled
