horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, HORRRIBLLE hitsounds on the server.
please change it back to normal sounds – sure for those on oz that hit the head rarely its funny to hear HEADSHOT but anyone who hits it 20+ times in a map its frustrating and annoying. one main reason why fkq have a fail server is due to their hitsounds, and now oz has taken them.

The problem acutally is not with oz hitsounds infact it is becuase the FKQ server use those headshot sounds and becuase our headshot.wav file is named the smae hting in teh same directory for some reason it is choosing thier sound over ours. I am guessing becuase it is first in teh alphabet fkq.pk3 oz.pk3 ect..
To remove the sound you will have to remove the fkq.pk3 from your directory to remove that sound as we have never changed hitsounds.
Note: The other option is i recreate the hitsounds folder rename it something new and chagne the name of OUR hitsounds.wav file and change it in teh server config so that it is different. This is occurring because pure server is off. Please try this first however I am needing a few extra soudns in teh pk3 anyway so I will end up recreating our sound pack and if so I will make that change :).

I think it is cool that you are annoyed by the headshot sounds blusky, I’ve never heard them unfortunately. I’m the receiver of headshots and never the giver 😥 😥

I need more sounds for the fail sprees :). Its my highlight to hear someone else get htem occasionsalyl rather htem mine Black racoon is having a bad firggin day with 10 deatsh in a row.. yes i usually quit after i see this, the sound only aggrovates me mreo rofl but atlesat i laugh before i rage quit 🙂

had the same prob as bluesky.
had to delete a whole heap of pk3 files. then i was left with skeleton skins :S
deleted a few more pf3 files and its all norm now 😀

Just delete sounds.pk3 and sound.pk3 and reconnect and it will be back to the normal hitsounds.
