yep
there aint much anyone can do about it. Removing punkbuster worked for most people, but at the cost of hackers entering the game and the DOS attack that happened a few days ago. BR said there was a problem at the hosting place, but it has been fixed for now.
As said before, try the lag-free config from BR ot talk to someone in the know about adjusting your settings (i.e. hunkmegs and maxfps, etc)

Hey mate please try the no lag config. Etpub does take a lot out as a mod however using the config should fix that :).
