For some reason unknown to me you get moved to spec when having your FPS set to 71.

1000/13 = 76
1000/14 = 71
Time to use 76 fps 🙂

We had it set to OUT 0.00001 45 for that exact purpose, but some complained it was too high. There’s only so much we can do.
