Is it just me or are rifle grenades just getting out of hand.
Places such as the second tunnel in oasis, and the tunnel bit in Special delivery, it just gets a frigin pain.
Either reduce the damage done or increase the limit of Rifle grenades per team.
Sad to say but they kinda become a noobs choice of weapon
More interested in the splash radius of this weapon.

Actually does anyone know in etpub if the damage of the fired grenade of the rifle Grendade is relative to the damage of the rifle grenade normally or the damage of a normal grenade.

From memory they are different. Check out the cvar list from the etpub docs as it will tell you the different damage levels for everything. I am pretty sure the grenade and rifle grenades are different and you can set them and their damage radius independently from each other.
