Poor heath.
I'd hold off on the animation just because it is still fresh in people's minds.
Joker can get any joker from batman and even heath's version, but I think using heath as himself may be too soon.
That's just me and I feel hard for the guy who showed so much promise.
That being said, if you do use it I won't hold anything against you, it is just my feelings towards the subject :)
