If ADS (Aim Down Sight, aka Iron Sights) is implemented it will only be there to increase accuracy.
I think ADS could work, however, it got sidescrewed by stupid CQC and spray and pray used by many CoD/BF players. Why ADS when you can spray and hope two of the 32 bullets hits and kills.
