need 1 for the mrs pc when she decides to steal my lappy so i can still play anyone got 1 cheapish has to be pci or suggestions on 1 to get nothing to flash a 1 gig card or w/e will be ideal but 512 will do to

You mean PCI-E I hope , PCI cards are bobbla , that is older technology than AGP !

If you really do mean PCI , I'd suggest second hand off ebay , wouldn't waste my money on such a redundant technology at brand new prices unless I had a genuine need for it.

Check MSY for a model compatable with your system then look it up on http://www.staticice.com.au/ for best price for your area.

But if you ask him , Hicksy may be able to help you & as to postage , I'm sure it'll be fine. :)

I had a look in my box of random bits. I have a couple of old cards but couldnt be sure they would last long.

Best bet is try the OC forums. Just make sure if you do get one, that it hasnt been clocked.

Next time i speak to Frank, ill ask him if he has anything lying around in the workshop.

If ya stretch a little further ($130 or so) I could probably score a 5770, a 4870 512gb for around the $90 or so. Let me know mate :)

seen some ati 1 gig cards similar to what i have in my lappy for round $100 was tossin up wether to give 1 a try as i havnt got any complaints with whats in this

Probably a 9600GT is arond that price but the newer cards kick its bottom. Whats a definitive limit for the graphics card bud?
