I donated, I don't have rank?

Hey, yesterday I donated $30 to the MC server, for the "Loved One" title.
I recieved my items, my "god" items, but I never recieved the rank.
I then talked to the admin, he manually applied the rank to my account, and from that I set myself a /nick (Nick is my nickname)
I have logged on this morning, and I've lost my rank but I have my nickname still.

Even in spawn world, I don't have rank.

when change people do /mansave i think the server crashed or something did not load all
