Razer Vespula dual sided gaming pad FTW
Wont that slip around a fair bit?

Sounds good in theory, but practically, i cant see how it would work.
I've had a dual sided Steelpad 4D a long time ago, and apart from the mousepad, there was a soft-rubbery pad which you put underneath the pad (worked on either side) to stop it slipping etc. Worked really well, perhaps the vespula has something similar

Okay guise, so noob has a birthday coming up and his family has squarely zero idea what to get him.

I've always had a standard m$ mouse with no mouse pad. Should I bother telling them to get me a nice pew pew optimised mouse? If so, what should I get as a first attempt at a gaming mouse?
