Okay, so I was futzing around on my intersmurfs today and found that one of my nieghbours is goodly enough to serve up wireless to the entire nieghbourhood.

Taking suggestions on how best to annoy / educate them (no I aint a pedobear).

Also NOobs, connect to their printers and print off a page informing them to fix it up, or even some steps how to do so, that's waht I usually do, at least you get there attention, draining there net, they will probably have no idea.

I agree with BR here , or finding an email address & emailing them advice on how to secure their wi-fi network.
There are other methods than leeching their bandwidth but anything you do short of door knocking is invasive even done with the best of intent.

I understand to prove peoples ignorance at times of not taking the 1000 warnings and strong suggestions of securing there connection. But if it's some elderly lady with 200mb o fbandwidth and paying 15cents per MB over, then it's a little brutal to go download the entire season of Sally and her Horse.
