Mute problems?

Whenever you !smute someone, does it goes longer than it's supposed to go? Because this guy was !smute and it felt like he been muted for one whole map

!lmute = 900seconds
!mute = untill an admin of power removes the mute

I'm starting to see a few ogn regs start coming back lately. Flux was on, think it was nipplecrippler I saw on too.
I need kajah back to help me double team people though. And we need justright and sardoo for the ultimate lols.
