New Zealanders lagging hard

Around the peak hours of night on the server and OZ ETPub server only not DBD or any other server does this occur.
Most of the New Zealand players are experiencing 150 - 200 ping and it usually goes away by 10:30pm NZ time.

I've notice this problem happen recently since i started back up after i sussed out my new rig so its fairly recent.

pretty sure joker ozcan bucket and a few others have the same problem cos they are at 200 ping when this occurs...

Dont say anything bout my setup either cos like i said only OZ server on et...

Could just be the exchange you guys are going through? While I was in Vic, we were getting some horrible bouts of lag from one of the connecting links, but not the actual server we were playing on.

Could I get a tracert (Instructions) from you guys for when it's not laggy, and when it is please? :)
