Bots!

We have recently been getting reports of the bots being op/hacking/too hard. This is due to them being broken in some way (someone may need to expand upon this); So, I am going to reduce them to the next level down, which kinda means they go from ninja to noob, but as is the way to keep the peace :)

Typing !bot 1 doesn't seem to work but !botdiff does. But they seem to resort back to ninja.
