Can't Download .pk3 Files

Hello,

I am currently experiencing difficulty downloading the .pk3 files required. These include ozhitsounds2.pk3 and etpubc-rmac1.pk3. I believe this problem is occuring due to 'Downloads' section being removed. This means players who have not already acquired these files will not be able to download them, hence they will be discouraged not to revisit the server in the future. If anyone happens to have to link where I can get these files, I'd appreciate if you could share it with me .
