But, that is particularly because I don't care for Led Zep but more or less for Metal.

TBH I dont really expect you to call it Heavy Metal being 17 n all.

My 17 yr old's the same...I could show him a brick wall, he'd argue that its wood...

I could show him the color white, he'd argue that its black.....

I could show him the evidence of anything, he'd just ignore it....

He hates it when I'm right coz parents aren't supposed to be right....

Parents have no knowledge or experience about anything except how to find the means
to clothe, feed, provide shelter, hand out money and be dumb :roll:

I often tell him that he should get that top job, buy that flash house, car n boat
and provide for his whole family while he still knows everything
